Audience theory: Survey monkey reflective comments

• I think survey monkey is a relevent way to create surveys as it can target audiences really effectively, it is also a easier way to get a large amount of people to take a survey. It may also be easier for the audience to answer the questions as it is online.
• I have learnt how to phrase questions and what accurate answers to include to make sure i get the information I'm looking for. I have also learnt how important feedback is.
• It has informed my own production plans as it has given me an idea of what audiences would like to see in a film noir.
• This process is very effective as it enables people to create/take surveys in easier ways. It also generalises results itself which saves time.

- This presentation includes many conventions of a film noir, including origins, characters, storylines, the set etc. I found it very useful and helpful for improving my understanding of film noirs.
- I learnt about the lighting techniques used to create certain moods within the films, for example, using 3 point lighting to create shadows on the subject and unveil a dark personality
- This presentation has informed me on my own production plans, as I now feel I know a lot more about what to include in my film noir, for example, I will pay a lot of attention on the lighting throughout my production.
